MealDay is built first for caterers and meal providers who serve several schools, daycares, or camps from one kitchen: every site you feed runs from one account, and families pay you directly. It also fits a single school, daycare, or camp that runs its own meal program.

Each school, daycare, or camp you serve is its own program with its own menus, prices, and order cutoffs, all under your one account. Families order and pay on your branded site, the money goes straight to your own Stripe account, and each morning you get one production report covering every program, with counts and allergies. If a school already runs MealDay itself, you can also join its site as a vendor, and the school gets a report of what it owes you for meals served.

Yes. Parents book meals for exactly the days their child attends, allergies and dietary needs are recorded once and flagged on every dish, and the kitchen gets an allergy list for every child eating that day. Meals can be grouped by classroom, so each room can get its own daily list. A daycare can run MealDay itself or be served by a caterer who uses it.

No. Parents order from any phone or computer browser at the program’s own web address. They create an account, add their children once, then pick meals for the days each child attends.

Parents record each child’s allergies and dietary preferences once. Allergens are labeled on every dish, and the kitchen receives a daily report listing every meal and every allergy for the children eating that day.

Checkout runs on your own Stripe account, whether you are a caterer or a school. You are the merchant of record and payments go directly to you; the money never passes through MealDay. Parents can pay by card, and US programs can also accept bank (ACH) payments.

Yes. You get your own site at yourname.mealday.app or on your own domain, with your logo, colors, and photos.

Yes. Each organization charges in either US dollars or Canadian dollars.

Days, not months. We set up your branded site, you add your programs and weekly menus from reusable templates, and parents can start ordering as soon as you connect Stripe.
